Edin "Eddie" Sejdinovic

Biography

Edin “Eddie” Sejdinovic is a U.S. Soccer Federation A-licensed coach and Technical Director with a proven track record in player development and club leadership. Born and raised in the former Yugoslavia, he developed through competitive academy systems and played at the senior level before continuing his career in the United States.

Since 2006, Eddie has built an extensive coaching résumé spanning youth, collegiate, and adult levels. He has served in key leadership roles including Director of Coaching and Technical & Sporting Director, where he has been instrumental in shaping club philosophy, curriculum, and long-term player pathways.

In addition to his club leadership, Eddie has coached at the collegiate level and has worked closely with aspiring student-athletes to help them advance to the next level. His experience also includes organizing elite training programs, camps, and coaching education initiatives.

Eddie holds multiple U.S. Soccer licenses, including the prestigious A License, and is widely respected for his ability to develop players both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, accountability, and a growth mindset, with a strong belief that passion and commitment are key drivers of success.
