FC Stars is a boutique, European-style soccer academy delivering a progressive, complete player-development program. We build positive team culture through consistent work, passion, commitment, and proven methodology led by USSF-licensed coaches.
Our Mission
Help every athlete become the best version of themselves, on and off the field. We provide an affordable, inclusive pathway regardless of economic status, teach players to set goals, and give them the tools to analyse performance and measure results.
Our Story
Based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL The FC Stars is a boutique “European style” soccer academy that offers players a highly progressive and complete developmental training program. Born from the idea that consistent hard work, passion, commitment and attitude are the basis of success, FC Stars focuses on building positive team culture and fostering a growth environment that is built on years of experience and a proven methodology. Our staff is highly experienced, highly trained and licensed by the USSF.
FC Stars started in the Spring of 2021. The launch was assisted by the help of our community throughout northern Chicagoland and the support of one key partner/club FC Hawks, based in Park Ridge, IL who helped provide the club facilities, administration and critical support needed to successfully launch FC Stars.
Our Competitive Landscape
FC Stars competes in some of the most prestigious youth soccer leagues and tournaments in the country, ensuring our players face elite competition to further their development. Our teams participate in the following leagues and competitions:
Elite 64
A top club-based league in the National League, offering our players the opportunity to compete at the highest levels and advance to Elite 64 Playoffs(Elite 64).
The Elite Academy League (EA)
FC Stars is a proud member of this platform, providing a seamless elite pathway with top competition and exposure on a national scale(The Elite Academy League).
National Premier Leagues (NPL)
We compete in this unified, national developmental platform, giving our players meaningful games and a pathway to postseason competition(NATIONAL PREMIER LEAGUES).
Midwest Conference
One of 13 conferences in the US Youth Soccer National League, where top teams advance to the USYS Regional Championships(Midwest Conference).
State Premiership Division
FC Stars regularly participates in this high-level, in-state competition, which offers a pathway to USYS National Championships(State Premiership Divis…).
With opportunities to compete in these elite leagues, our players gain exposure to college scouts, national competitions, and the chance to develop their talents to the fullest.
Our Accomplishments
Since its founding in the spring of 2021, FC Stars has quickly risen to become a leading soccer club, both regionally and nationally. In just a few short years, our teams have achieved remarkable success across several elite leagues and tournaments, reflecting our commitment to excellence and player development.
Some of our notable accomplishments include:
- USYS IYSA Presidents Cup Champions and USYS Presidents Cup Regional Champions, showcasing our ability to compete at the highest levels.
- National Premier League (NPL) Premier 1 and NPL Semi-Finalists, highlighting our consistent success in national competitions.
- US Club Soccer Midwest Regional Cup Champions and National Cup Semi-Finalists in the prestigious Super Group category.
- Multiple victories in major tournaments such as the Lou Fusz Champions, Las Vegas Mayor's Cup Champions, and Illinois Cup Champions.
- Elite 64 and Elite Academy League participation, placing us among the top clubs in the country for competitive player development(ACCOMPLISHMENTS).
Our rapid ascent in the competitive soccer landscape is a testament to the hard work of our players, coaches, and supportive families.
